How It Works

1. Sign up for a hotels.com account and enroll for welcomerewards™ by clicking HERE or calling a hotels.com agent. Already have a hotels.com account? Log-in and join welcomerewards™ from your 'My Account' page.
2. Sign in to your account BEFORE you book a property at hotels.com. If you're booking over the phone, tell our customer care agent that you're a welcomerewards™ member.
3. Credits towards a free night are automatically added to your account after you complete your stay. You can check your account balance by signing in to your hotels.com account and checking your welcomerewards™ Activity page, or by calling us.
4. After you have accumulated a total of 10 nights at one or more partner hotels, you'll automatically be awarded a free night at one of our partner properties. The maximum value of your free night is the average daily rate of your ten nights.
5. You can choose to use your free night for a higher rate room if you pay the difference.
6. Simply log into your account before making a booking, and you will be given the option to use your free night. You can also use your free night by calling our call center.

Open to individuals who are 18 or older and have a valid email address. When you accumulate ten (10) nights at a hotels.com welcomerewards™ property, you'll earn one (1) free night to use at a hotels.com welcomerewards™ property. The maximum value of the free night is the average daily (before taxes and fees) rate of your ten (10) nights stay. You may pay the difference if you choose a room that costs more. You are responsible for paying for taxes, fees, meals, incidentals and any other costs associated with the booking or stay. You cannot use any balance from free night to pay taxes, fees, meals, incidentals or any other costs. Bookings made using a coupon or discount code do not qualify toward the ten (10) nights. Your free night does not include taxes and fees. Subject to complete Terms & Conditions.
